LONG TIME NO BLOG
It's been quite a while that my blog is being updated. Present job is super busy with construction boom and every high rise condominium and office building will need lifts and escalators. Sometimes I am sick of the enbloc sale because that means there will be more buyers will be in the market and more condos will be built.
Today's lunch is as usual, hawker centre near Parc Oasis Condo. To our surprsie, Mee Pok Ta cost $2.50 instead of the usual $2.. Wa lau eh, an increase of 25%..I thought GST only 2% increase???????? My petrol tank was also low and when I passed the Shell Station...Wa lau eh...Petrol prices also went up...July increment is coming and guess what??? Company is not making money based on last year's result...sigh...
Thank God, Jesus is the same yesterday today and forever and He never fails to amaze me by His awesome ways that money cannot never buy..Amen.

The enbloc committee has just formed a few mths ago. I think now they are checking on the legal proceeder. I don't know whether this enbloc will be going ahead although there are more people want to sell then not to sell. My advise is to buy and stay/rental for investment and not because it is enbloc protential as it might not happen.
As for 920k for that unit... again I dare not say whether is it worth it or not because we bought it at 420k, 2.5 years ago. I heard from a agent who also stays at Ivory Heights and too selling his unit... he told us that his neighbour just sold his unit last week at 1 million which I am waiting for the URA report to see whether is it true.
At the end of the day, buying house for investment are like stocks and shares. If decided to buy... don't regret that the enbloc might not come true and for those who decided to sell... don't regret that maybe in 2 years time, if it is enbloc then not surprised that every unit will fetch over 1 million.
As for me... I bought it to stay and when time to move, my Father in Heaven will show me the way :)
